Alfred Bundo is a civil engineer by training, he has over 25 years of experience in project and procurement management, construction design and supervision management systems and energy audits..
Prior to being part of Albenecon, Mr. Bundo was a Program Director at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania. His contribution is behind the successful completion of many important infrastructure and energy projects in Albania.
Prior to his public service career, he was the founder of QM Consulting Ltd., which is one of the first consultancy firms in Albania in the field of management systems and engineering consultants. His signature is behind many of the most successful biggest construction companies in Albania and Kosovo, such as Albstar Group ltd Fusha ltd, Salillari ltd, Delia Group ltd, Euroconstruct ltd, Eurostar ltd, Albakonstruksion ltd, Albavia ltd, Triss Ndertim ltd, TCN ltd., , etc.
As part of his previous professional practice he was part of many reputable construction companies both foreign and domestic, where he performed important duties at mid-level management. As a consequence of this experience he has been exposed to many complex projects financed by the World Bank, Europian Union, KfW, SECO, USAID and is experienced in all steps of construction process from tendering, procurement, design checks and modifications, construction supervision and commissioning.
Mr. Bundo received a BS and MS degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 1994 and a MS degree in Public Administration Management from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, USA in 2003.
Mr. Bundo is licensed P.E (Professional Engineer) for numerous construction design and supervision processes in Albania. In addition, he is also a licensed Energy Auditor in Albania and International Quality Lead Auditor by International Register Certified Auditor , U.K.. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, since the year 2000 and; also, a member of Technical Committee of General Directory of Standardization and Metrology of Albania.
