Ermira Qosja

Prof. Dr. Ermira Qosja is Professor at the European University of Tirana. 

After completing her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, she attended the master’s degree at the Polytechnic University of Tirana in the field of Management of Industrial Enterprises, Operations Management and Quality Management (1989 – 1994). In 1997 she was awarded her PhD (Doctor of Science) in Management Sciences with focus “Enterprise organizations” from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Later, in 2013, she was awarded her Associated Professor title with focus “Management Sciences” from the Aleksander Moisiu University of Durres, Albania.  

Prof. Dr. Ermira Qosja was engaged as top management of some businesses in Albania like General Director in the publications “Shekulli, Specter, Radio + 2, Sporti Shqiptar”; Director of PR&HR and Development Projects at Deka and OLIM companies and Director of the first Community College of the Harry Fultz Institute. She is the author of several publications on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, leadership in higher education and scientific journals.  Prof. Dr. Ermira Qosja is also active on several UET business related projects, organizing business ideas and business contests, and interacts with the Chambers of Commerce by providing an entrepreneurial culture to the university.
