1986-1992: Expert cooperates at the Institute for Welding within the “Energoinvest” Sarajevo.

1995-1999: Senior assistant lecturing at Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

1995-2000: Manager of the Institute for Mechanics within Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

1999-2003: Assistant Professor at Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

Since 2008: Full-Professor at Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

2000-2002: Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.

2002-2010: Vice rector for scientific and research work at Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.

2012-2018: Rector of Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar
