WP5

This WP will run throughout the duration of the project and will be coordinated by Creative Thinking Development and University of Pristina in Kosovska Mitrovica. The WP is dedicated to the quality assurance and monitoring of the project implementation and its outcomes, according to the ENQA guidelines. Quality control and monitoring of the all project activities and deliverables that are planned to be prepared and achieved is vital to build sustainability and confidence of all users of the project results. The quality control and monitoring consist of 3 group of activities planned for the entire duration of the project, which will deliver the final outcome of the work package. The purpose of these activities is:

• Development of quality and assessment plan
• Internal project monitoring and control 
• External evaluation

Lead institution: Creative Thinking Development, Co-lead institution is University of Pristina in Kosovska Mitrovica

• Building quality monitoring, assessment & control mechanism
• Internal quality assurance activities
• Reporting on KICs activities & operation
• External quality assurance activities
